SERVICES

The Birth Doula supports families in understanding their options, enabling them to make informed decisions within the scope of our expertise. As your Doula, we will be on call 24 hours a day, working to create a calm and peaceful environment in accordance with the conditions of your chosen birth location and your family's home. It is important to note that a Doula cannot perform medical procedures or make medical decisions for the mother or baby; you will be advised to consult your doctor or midwife for any medical-related concerns.

Modern Family

Before the Birth & Prenatal Appointments

Before your baby's arrival, our Doulas engage with you and your partner or support team through prenatal appointments. During these sessions, we provide a comprehensive birth doula curriculum and collaborate on creating your personalized birth plan. We'll discuss various birth comfort measures and help you articulate your birthing preferences for environments such as a hospital or birth center.

Prenatal Appointments

During pregnancy, our doulas are available to assist your family through our family concierge service, encouraging moms and partners to prioritize self-care. Our specialists can handle light housekeeping, grocery shopping, nursery preparation, and more, allowing you to focus on each other. While childbirth education is optional, we provide a review to ensure that both parents understand the essentials of what to expect during labor, including recognizing what is normal and what isn’t.
