Ahh, Friday. There’s something about this day that brings a collective sigh of relief. It’s been a long, exhausting week, and I can’t help but reflect on the whirlwind that defines my current season—a working mom juggling a business, twin parenting, and a recent move.

Adjusting to a New Home and New Challenges

Since our family relocated on April 20th, life has been a balancing act. The excitement of a bigger home comes with the stress of unpacking and readjusting. While more space is great, it’s also opened the door to new twin adventures—and mischief! Keeping up with them in a larger space has become a full-time task in itself.

The Mental Load of a Working Mom

Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship is no easy feat. This working mom journey is filled with endless to-do lists, emotional ups and downs, and the constant push to do it all. But I’m learning—slowly—that being kind to myself is just as important as checking off tasks.

A Small Victory That Felt Huge

One highlight of my week? A retractable baby gate arrived. It might sound minor, but to me, it represented progress—and hope. Creating a safe space where the twins can play while I breathe for a moment feels like a game-changer.

Today offered a much-needed win: one of my twins actually took a nap. It took creativity, patience, and a lot of juggling, but it happened. And now? I’m enjoying a rare, quiet moment on the couch—something that feels like pure gold in this season.
